As a Chopra Center Vedic Educator, Melissa Akal is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. She has been a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher (RYT 500) since 2017, teaching the healing art of movement through the understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and neuroscience.
