As a Chopra Center Vedic Educator, Melissa Akal is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle.  She has been a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher (RYT 500) since 2017, teaching the healing art of movement through the understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and neuroscience.  Her consultations are personalized to assist each unique individual in achieving optimal well-being for their Mind-Body constitution.
